BIRMINGHAM, Ala. — Birmingham’s music scene is set to expand with the debut of the Magic City Flow Fest, a hip-hop festival scheduled for October 18, 2025, at Legion Field. Organized by the team behind Furnace Fest and Iron Hills Country Music Festival, the event aims to celebrate hip-hop culture while boosting local tourism and business.
The festival will be part of a month-long series of music events in Birmingham, including Furnace Fest and Iron Hills Country Music Festival earlier in October. This strategic scheduling is expected to draw significant crowds to the city, benefiting local restaurants, hotels, and shops.
Legion Field, a historic venue known for hosting football games and cultural events like the Magic City Classic, will serve as the backdrop for this new addition to Birmingham’s cultural calendar. While details about the artist lineup remain under wraps until April 18, organizers have promised an “unmatched” roster of performers.
City officials and community leaders have expressed enthusiasm for the festival’s potential to foster cultural exchange and engage local youth. With Birmingham’s growing reputation as a hub for diverse musical experiences, Magic City Flow Fest could further solidify its place on the national stage.
Tickets and additional information will be available soon.
