Alabama Rapper Li Spell Linked to Montgomery Murder-Suicide

MONTGOMERY, Ala — Montgomery police have identified a woman killed in a weekend murder-suicide as social media posts continue to tie the case to Alabama rapper Li Spell and a separate homicide investigation in the city.

The woman was identified online as Adriana Grant, also known as Ari P. Kari, while posts circulating on social media said the suspect, identified as Li Spell, later died by suicide.

The claims spread quickly across Facebook, Instagram and other platforms, with multiple posts alleging that Li Spell livestreamed before or after the shooting and admitted to killing the mother of his child. Those claims have not been independently verified in the material available.

Some online posts also linked Grant to a separate Montgomery homicide case involving Terrell Aureon Fuller, but that connection has not been confirmed in the available reporting.
